1. 登入 Entra
2. 注册一个应用
3. 配置应用 Rediret URL（平台类型：SPA 、 URL：domain）
4. 在 cms 项目下配置 tenant id 和 client id
5. 在 php 项目下配置 tenant id 和 client id
